Action Massage endeavours to provide a smooth, welcoming and valuable experience for all of our clients in a prompt and timely manner. We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time for ease of scheduling.  Your first visit will require the completion of our health history form which we will then discuss with you, so we can best assess your needs. This process is essential to canvass your health and conditions to deliver your optimal current and future treatment. ​All online bookings will require a $50 booking deposit. In the case of a no show or cancellation with less than 24hrs notice this booking fee will not be refunded. If suitable notice of appointment changes is given, this fee can be transferred to the future booking or if needed, refunded as per guidelines below. Action massage recognises that there are unexpected circumstances that may impede on your booking and this will be considered in cases of emergency. ​ Clients will be required to pay the remaining cost of their appointment upon completion of the treatment at the clinic on the day.
